Somedays I can't take the pain
The pain of losing myself to you
The pain of knowing you don't care
The pain of not being able to please you
So I cry
I cry until there's nothing more to me
Than an empty, bottomless pit
And at that point
Nothing matters
I need to feel something
Before I collapse within myself
But the only thing I've ever known was pain
So in my desire to feel again
I begin the cycle that will one day
Wear me so thin that I'll just wither away
Nobody will notice this deadly turmoil within,
They never do.
